We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and compassionate Illinois-licensed Occupational Therapist to join us in helping children and families navigate and grow through life’s challenges.

  • Position: Part-Time

  • Schedule: Afternoons and Saturdays

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Experience: Pediatric experience is a plus, but we welcome and are happy to train motivated new graduates.

  • Preferred Training: Certification or interest in DIR/Floortime® is highly valued.

  • Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and child development, particularly in supporting children with emotional and regulatory needs.

    • Experience or knowledge in feeding and nutrition is a bonus.

    • Familiarity with Natural Language Acquisition and Gestalt language learners is a plus.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized, high-quality plans of care for each client.

    • Complete electronic medical record documentation promptly.

    • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

    • State of Illinois Occupational Therapy License.

    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
