Location: Oak Park & River Forest, IL (In-person)

Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time & Saturday options also available)

Your Role & Impact

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary-minded team, you will:

  • Design and administer treatment plans that increase independence in ADLs, play, feeding, and sleep.

  • Own Your Expertise: Manage a caseload that allows you to cultivate a niche in Sensory Integration, Feeding, Reflex Integration, Vision or other clinical niche of your choice.

  • Address a treatment plan through a neuro-affirming lens.

  • Coach/educate families and create home programs to ensure success beyond the clinic walls.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Illinois License.

  • Experience: Candidates with Level II fieldwork experience in a pediatric outpatient setting or 1 year of general pediatric experience.

  • Clinical Interest: A strong desire to utilize or learn DIR Floortime, Feeding therapy, Reflex Integration, Vision, and Sensory Integration.
